In 2021, 61% of our mushrooms substrates were made out of organic waste.
1. Waste is gold
We collect beer waste & wheat waste to produce our mushrooms substrates.
2. Sterilization
After mixing these ingredients, the mixture is placed in small bags before being sterilized in autoclaves.
3. Inoculation
We inoculate each bags with mycelium in perfectly clean conditions to avoid any contaminations.
4. Incubation
Each bag is placed at an ideal temperature in an incubation room. Mycelium will grow in 4 to 12 weeks depending on the mushroom..
