Local & Exotic
We produce exotic mushrooms
with a Belgian touch.
In 2021, 61% of our mushrooms substrates were made out of organic waste.
1. Waste is gold
We collect beer waste & wheat waste to produce our mushrooms substrates.
After mixing these ingredients, the mixture is placed in small bags before being pasteurized.
We inoculate each bags with mycelium in perfectly clean conditions to avoid any contaminations.
Each bag is placed at an ideal temperature. Mycelium will grow in 4 to 10 weeks depending on the mushroom..
Once the mycelium is strong enough, it's time to fruit ! We'll give the substrate a good airflow and a cooler temperature so the mushrooms can come out !
We’re at the heart of Brussel’s city, in a 10,000 m2 century old basement called ‘Cureghem Cellars’.
Located between the metro station Clemenceau & Delacroix, we're at the heart of the city.
Builded in 1880, these cellars offers a comfortable temperature for mushroom production
