Laissez mijoter.<\/li><li>Ajouter dans une nouvelle casserole de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, du beurre et le riz. Remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 le rendre translucide.<\/li><li>D\u00e9glacer avec un verre de vin blanc. Continuez \u00e0 remuer pour que le riz n\u2019adh\u00e8re pas et laissez r\u00e9duire l\u2019alcool.<\/li><li>Verser une louche de bouillon et continuez de remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 absorption totale du riz.
