Ajoutez ensuite le beurre en morceaux et poncez \u00e0 la fourchette ou du bout des doigts jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un crumble avec des morceaux de la taille d&rsquo;un gros pois !<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n              <p>Ajouter les cuiller\u00e9es d&rsquo;eau froide une \u00e0 une, tout en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te qui tient bien. Si la p\u00e2te est s\u00e8che, vous pouvez rajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau. La p\u00e2te est pr\u00eate lorsque vous pouvez former une boule avec.<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n              <p>Aplatir la boule de p\u00e2te et former un disque d&rsquo;environ 15 cm de diam\u00e8tre. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au moins 30 min.<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n              <p>R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la p\u00e2te et la laisser reposer \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 5 minutes puis \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te sur un plan l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9 (la p\u00e2te doit faire 3 \u00e0 4 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur).<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n              <p>Vous pouvez d\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte dans un moule l\u00e9g\u00e8rement beurr\u00e9 ou simplement sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson.<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n              <p>D\u00e9poser les pommes sur la p\u00e2te en laissant environ 5 cm de bord de p\u00e2te, puis rabattre la p\u00e2te sur les pommes en formant une jolie cr\u00eape.<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n              <p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n              <p>A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau, beurrer les pommes et la p\u00e2te qui recouvre les pommes. Saupoudrer les pommes et la p\u00e2te de sucre de canne.<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n              <p>Enfourner et cuire environ 40 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen\/vif. Surveillez la cuisson, si la tarte dore un peu trop, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 la recouvrir de papier cuisson.<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n              <p>Pendant la cuisson de la tarte, pr\u00e9parer le sirop des pelures et trognons de pomme dans une casserole avec le sucre.
