Nous diversifiions et \u00e9largissions notre offre au secteur HORECA.<\/p>\n<p>On choisit alors de garder :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le Champignon de Bruxelles<\/strong> pour nos champignons exotiques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ECLO<\/strong> pour nos micropousses et jeunes herbes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout l&rsquo;amour que nous avions pour notre ancienne marque \u00ab\u00a0Le Champignon de Bruxelles\u00a0\u00bb, nous nous sommes rendu compte qu&rsquo;il deviendrait difficile de garder ce nom sur le long terme. La vision strat\u00e9gique du projet \u00e9voluait et nous avions besoin d&rsquo;une nouvelle marque pour le soutenir.<\/p>\n<h4>De coop\u00e9rative \u00e0 SRL<\/h4>\n<p>Parmi les grands changements derri\u00e8re le nom, il y a eu celui de quitter le mod\u00e8le coop\u00e9ratif \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2020. Aussi surprenant que cela puisse para\u00eetre, cette d\u00e9cision r\u00e9pondait \u00e0 un imp\u00e9ratif juridique. En effet, le nouveau code belge des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sorti en 2019 nous imposerait ce changement dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.
